Minimum order quantities (MOQ)
- Artistic wall coatings (20 kg packs): 300 kg per color / per SKU (≈15 drums). Mixed-SKU container orders from 1,000 kg.
- Waterborne topcoats & renovation paint (1–18 L): 500 L per color, or one mixed pallet (≈600–800 L total).
- Waterproofing & insulation systems: 400 kg per SKU; project orders by specification.
- Sealants (300 ml / 600 ml): 100 cartons per specification (MOQ negotiable for first order).
- New distributor first order: Sample panel approval first; trial batch from 200 kg/SKU or equivalent pallet mix.
Lead time
- Color sample & 1 m² panel: 3–5 business days after brief confirmed
- Standard SKU production (approved color): 10–15 business days
- Custom color / new texture match: 18–25 business days
- Export documentation & FOB handoff: +3–5 business days after QC release
- Peak season (Q2–Q3): Allow extra 5–7 days — confirmed in proforma invoice
Samples, shipping & payment
- Reference panel: 1 m² reference panel: USD 80–150/SKU (credited against first bulk order ≥ MOQ)
- Specifier kit: Small touch-up kit for specifier review — freight collect by default
- Sample dispatch: Ships within 5 business days after sample payment or partner account approval
- Incoterms: FOB Foshan (Shunde) · CIF/CNF to major ports on request
- Payment: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T) · L/C at sight for qualified accounts
- Export port: Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Foshan consolidation
